"New" beretta, what next?

Hey, I just got an 89' beretta gt for free. Needs some minor work to get it running again (battery, gaskets, e-brake) and i'm gonna try getting some more juice out of it in the spring. Just wondering what mods are gonna give me the best bang for my buck and any common problems with them? thanks for the help

The GM 2.8/3.1's don't take well to performance mods. About all you can do is free up the intake and exhaust. Common issues include ECM, crank sensor, fuel pump, exterior door handles breaking, and they're a little underbraked.
