good deal 99 Corolla LE
Is a 1999 Toyota Corolla LE sedan with 16500 miles on it a good deal. The dealer website says the mileage is correct. It has a Carfax report I looked up on it and it has had 1 owner and the car was driven around over 1000 miles a year. Also included on Carfax is the service record showing the car was serviced at the dealer it is at regularly, never saw that on Carfax report before. Is this a good deal, the price is 8900. Is it bad because the car was not driven much?

Sounds like a mom and pop back and forth to church car. I would fork out some cash for a compression check on the engine. If they went by "change the oil every 3,000 miles" edict, the oil could have been sitting in it nearly three years. That's my only concern and not a major one at that. As far as the price , check Edmunds.com, MSN.com then autos, or KBB.com
