1991 Z34 Exterior Door Handle Replacement

Hello,

I have a 1991 Z34, the driverside exterior door handle broke last Tuesday. I found a replacement handle easy enough, but I'm having trouble getting the old handle off. I've searched the net quite a bit and it seems the handles are breaking off of a lot of cars. I looked around trying to find a guide or walkthrough to help me out, but I haven't been able to find anything.

I've got the cover off the mechanics for the handle (seems making that easily accessible was the only smart thing Chevy did with this car), but I just can't figure out how to get everything disconnected.

Can anybody point me towards a guide on how to remove the handle or please explain to me how to do it?
