Now car won't start because I can't dearm alarm
Ok this is my story and I need help with it. I have Chevy Cavalier 2001 came with manufacture alarm system I think. This morning I drop the alarm's remote and now I can't unlock the anti-theft system. I can open the door with the key but can't start the engine because anti-theft system is on and the alarm keeps beeping like crazy. So I then decide to rip out the wire the connected to the black thingy in the hood of my car, looks like the sound projector and somehow I manage to able to start the engine and drove home. The remote control still show the red light when I press the botton, so i'm not sure it is defected now or what. After got home took out my key, I am unable to start my car again because of the anti-theft thingy is on again. What should I do now. I can't start my car and can't go anywhere in the mean time.
What is your suggestion? |

Re: Now car won't start because I can't dearm alarm
And guess what? I just fixed it! I don't know how it works or how the heck technologies these days are so crazy. I decided to drop my remote on the ground again and it works! Now I can start my car.
