B2300 Engine
Is it the same as Ford's Ranger engine? I want to buy performance parts for my truck and I have no idea if they are compatible. Also does any company make a turbocharger system for the B2300.

It's the SAME engine. As for a turbocharger, I'm not sure, but if they make one for the Ranger 4-cyl, it'll work.
