Icahn rival boosts stake in Lear
A large Lear Corp. shareholder upset by a Carl Icahn buyout bid for the auto supplier today said it increased its stake in Lear. Pzena Investment Management LLC filed regulatory notice today that it controls 7.48 million common shares of Lear, or 11.
