94 grand prix problems please help me

Hi all

Have a problem or 10 with a 94 grand prix. I Have doen alot of work on this car but I am stumped now. So any help would be great !

1) Lights (dash, headlights, Everything) Flickers when lights are on - New Battery and had alternator checked - was fine !

2 Auto tranny sometimes will not shift into 4th, I can stop and turn the car off and on again and it will shift ???????????????

3) How the heck do you get the doors to align ????
