Oil Leak? 1996 Tahoe Is It Common?

Hello, just purchased a 1996 Tahoe 5.7L. Have had it two weeks. Noticed a small oil drip when I first got it, but now is getting bigger. It is on the left center side when looking at the vehicle. Is there a common oil leak that someone knows about? What should I look for? Thank you in advance for any information!! 94,000 miles on the vehicle.

Look underneath and see if you can locate the source...my first thought would be the oil drain plug or oil filter.
What color is the fluid?
