setting the truck up for four-wheeling
anybody have any suggestings on cheap lift kits for 2001 toyota tucoma and what else i need to replace with the lift kit ??

Coil overs if you can afford them. If not, Toytec with the OME coils. Avoid the spacer only lifts.

Do a 2" 'hockey puck' body lift too man. That is the approach that most of my friends have done. Pretty much free if you got hockey pucks kicking around and a lot of time. The tailgate/rear bumber looks kind of messed up but you can always get to that later

FabTec make a very nice "price sensitive" lift kit. The range is stock to 3" over. You will find the rebuildable front struts and the nonrebuildable struts which are the less expensive of the two kits.
