99 sephia sluggish/hesitating when cold (P0171)
car is sluggish/hesitates when it is not fully warmed up, especially in cold weather. once it is warmed up it is fine. no problems starting. my initial thoughts are either fuel filter or O2 sensor. any other ideas?
