I have newly acquired a 2003 vue, V6, all wheel drive. No Haines manual or the likes of, have I found. The rearview mirror has the auto dim, temp and compass. I have run into a fourth message that isn't refered to in the Manual that comes with the vue. It says "ice", now what is this message refering too? The roads, the glass, it's below freezing or it wants a cocktail?

Seriously though, it says that as a general warning for road conditions when the temperature drops below (I think) 38 degrees.

Re: 2003 Rearview Mirror
That's right. My VUE does the same thing at 37 or 38 degrees. It's just a warning that the temperature is getting close to the freezing point and you may run into icy roads. This is particularly useful on longer trips heading up into the mountains for example where the temp. can change quickly.
