help me please

[vauxhall astra]

hi iam new here so hello everyone.
i found this site so i hope someone can help, i bought a car vauxhall astra (n reg 1995) less then a week ago but it keeps cuting out on me i start it up fine but no sooner do i get it to the end of the road my heater gos up then it cuts out, ive tryed flushing out the radiator hasnt help , hope someone can help befor i go mad .

hi mate, did u try to see if your headgasket has blown? if not test it and also i think one of the sensors has gone down mate, so u need to find someone that has a computer to plug in your car and see if there is any faults? try that first ok.
