starter problems

i have a 90 eldorado and when i try to start the car a message come up saying starter disable wait 3 minutes and remove key after i wait 3 mins its say start the car but when i try to start the car it the message pop up again and it will not start this happens multipal times before it starts.

Probably the starter soleniod. You would probably be better off posting in the correct forum though.
