See, I've read about this before at our hospital. If the patient requests the info about themselves, then they are to "receive the information in terms that they can understand." They also have the right to read any and all documents that have been filed about them. I would get my sue on if that shit happened to me.

The funny thing is that the hospital is insisting on being sued in order for the victim to get the info.

If someone cut off my arms and legs and didn't tell me about it BEFORE hand, I would go fucking INSANE. I'd probably go shoot up the hospital with what control I had left, that's just plain wrong. I hope that doctor goes straight to hell.
