Hey- I'm having the same problem on my 03 Elantra. I drilled out the two screws which look like they hold the rotor in place, but the rotors won't come off. Is a puller needed? According to directions I've seen on the net, it doesn't seem to be the case....so now I have a car that I can't drive until I figure this out.

Any help out there would be appreciated.
