Best Muscle Car?

Which of the old fashion muscle cars, would be the best choice, if you were wanting to restore one?

There is so many of them.
First there is no real best unless you are in for the money then go for the rearest like the hemi cars but concider that if you find one in junk condition it may still may cost you more to buy it then another car restored.
Second if it's your first try you may want to start with something easy to get and get parts for like a Camaro or a Stang.
Third it really should be a car you like unless you are in it for the money and want to flip it. The thing is you may find your self investing more into the car then anyone will pay for it later so you may want not go all out on a rare car until you know what you are doing. These old cars are money pits and the resto parts will nickle and dime you to death.
Another car you may want to look at are the late 70's T/A's. There are alot of them still around in good shape and parts are still out there. They are climbing in value but still cheap to buy and easy to work on. Try to get the cars that are real Pontiac's with the 400's stay away from the olds and chevy powered cars as they are worthless except for parts. The Bandit cars are the one's that are going to worth money but there are fakes out there so know how to decode vin numbers. Have fun, when the resto becomes a job dump it before it eats your cash up.
