I had a crash and now my car revs up and down in park,what is wrong?
I had a crash and now my car revs up and down in park,what is wrong? My distributor has some craks and a little piece missing?could that be it? It still runs but when i put it in park it revs up and down by itself.

I guess it would be helpful to know what year, model etc and some description of the nature of the wreck and damage, my crystal ball is not working real well today...

sorry i forgot, it was side swiped parrallely so no perpendicular damage just door and side fender.its a 94 accord ex, the distributor cap looks craked and split other than that everything is fine.

Vacuum or manifold leak? Damaged IAC? What side of the car?
