vapor recovery schematic
Ive got an 85 C10 with a 350 vin code L with a Holley 600. All emission control was stripped on the swap. Blue Bowtie was very informative with this question but I'm afraid I need more help. He said I need to add my cannister back in along with a purge valve. I just need more discriptive info on how all the vacuum lines are ran. I believe it's one line off the timed port at the Holley, through the purge valve and into the in on the cannister. Then out of the cannister to the egr line or to any non timed port back into the intake.
My experience is limited so bare with me. |

Re: vapor recovery schematic
Yes the Autozone charts are helpfull, but they are utilising all parts in recovery system. I need to get away with the bare minimum to recover fumes. I dont know enough about the system to pick the parts. Bowtie said a canister and purge valve should do it, I guess I need detailed instructions on exactly how they are routed. He sent me a good diagram but I am still unsure.
