2004 Blazer TCCM reset

Hi, New here. Having some 4WD problems.
Can the TCCM on a 2004 Blazer be reset by pulling the fuse or does it have to be done by disconnecting the battery?
If I disconnect the battery, will it effect the theftlock on the radio?

Thanks

Re: 2004 Blazer TCCM reset

welcome to af.
to reset the vccm, disconect the negative battery cable for about 5-10 minutes. it should not affect the theft lock on the radio (i know it did not affect mine).

Re: 2004 Blazer TCCM reset

Yes it can if it is set ON so you better check - the owners manual tells you how. Fuses are "4wd" and "ATC" under hood and door that do the same thing as battery cable for the TCCM.
