Turn signal and rear defrost

Ok so i have a 1994 cavalier. The turn signal blinks at random rates and some times doesnt blink at all. I relplaced the flasher. But it still seems to be slow and random... and my rear defrost has to bars or lines that dont heat up. Any ideas are welcome.

Thanks Derek

Re: Turn signal and rear defrost

Check your bulbs and ground wires for your lights. Drag an ohm meter along the two bars that don't work, one at a time, to find the open. Using a piece of tin foil under your lead is an easy way of keeping your lead on the line. Most auto parts stores have repair kits with instructions for installation once you find the break in the lines.
