Rich Fuel Mixture

I have a 96 GCL (with 155k) and noticed that more than usual smoke/vapor from the exhaust. I know that when its cold this will increase but usually subsides after the engine warms up - mine does not subside. I also noticed that the mpg are lower than in the past. Could this all be related to a bad O2 sensor? Please advise.

Thanks

Re: Rich Fuel Mixture

Yeah, that's more likely your
02 Censor. Is your Check Engine
Light on?

Try bringing your jeep to Autozone,
and have them scan it. Even though
your CEL isn't on, I think Autozone
might be able to check if your 02
Censors are working properly. It's
free too, so it's worth a try.
