I was just told by somebody that had work done over a long time at leith BMW Raleigh NC, for a fact, what they do is take your parts that are not
broken, replace them, charge you, then sell your old working parts out the back door to other mechanics. They ended up with a $4000 refund. because they actually knew the mechanic that was buying the parts out the back door. beware. I realize this is hearsay but I work with her and work for him, that owns the car, and knows the people. Just beware that what they say is broke may not be broke.....

I heard from a friend that heard from friend yada yada yada. One thing you can tell them to save your old parts before they take the car in. One way to keep them honest.
