00 expedition EGR problems

My 00 expedition is have a EGR nightmare. I went to get the inspection done and the CE light came on. Codes were some thing like obd2 sys test cycl not complete, EGR test not in perameter, O2 senor below threshold, Random multi misfires and Evap leak detected. So I asked AZ and Orielly's for input and they said there's a couple of sensor's that cause this. I went to ford since they did'nt offer them. had them replaced and it still shows EGR and OB2 test
. What has not been replaced is the EGR it self and the EVAP port on the bake booster. they said the EGR is good they pulled it off and check to see if colud hold a vac and they said it did?
Need some help....thankx

Re: 00 expedition EGR problems

check vaccum on the egr solenoid first if ok check egr ports you will have to take the throtle body out for cleaning if ok replace egr pressure sensor then if that did not fix your problem only thing left is egr valve or egr solenoid
