2001 3.8L T&C Power Sliding Door Motor Rebuild

I have a 2001 Town and Country 3.8L that has had all the typical problems. I've replace the driver and passenger power window motors, had the rear hatch adjusted, heated seats done (under warranty), and just finished the sway bar links and bushings (yea, no more clanking). Now I'm looking at tackling the passenger power sliding door that hasn't functioned for the past year. I had it at the dealer when the door started acting up and only popping open...no movement. They adjusted some switch and said it's probably the motor. It was still very difficult to manually opened and now totally doesn't work. I've seen several posts...some with pictures...on working inside this door. Question though: How difficult is it to replace the motor? Any more difficult than say the front windows? And..has anyone every took one of these motors apart to see what goes in them? Can a quick rebuild be done? These motors are expensive. I took one of the window motors apart and the brushed in them were gone. Thanks.....
