01 deville startin problems, please help!

I Own A 01 Deville That Has A Problem Starting From Time To Time, Sometime It Satrts Up With No Problem, And Other Time It Wont Start. It Usually Starts Up If U Wait 2-5mins. But Lately Its Benn Takin Longer Like 30-1hr!!! I Don't Think Its The Starter, Because It Makes No Noise. I Think It Has Something To Do With The Pass Key, Or My Security Theft Systems.

I Took My Car To The Dealership And They Told Me That No Codes Came Up, And One Of My Keys Where Old. And To Use Only The New Key. I Tried This For A Week Or So, And Then It Wouldn't Start Using The New Key. This Problem Happens From Time To Time, Sometime It Starts, Other Times It Doesn't. I Am Gettin Fed Up, And The Dealership Doesnt Know Whats Goin On. Can Anyone Help Me, It Would Be Appreciated A Lot, Thanks!
