Re: installing m5 rear bumper on BWM 325 possible?
Well I'm pretty sure its not going to be possible to take an E39 M5 rear bumper and put it on your 325 (Im not sure if its an E30, E36, E46, or E90). Considering its made for a 5 Series which is wider than the 3 Series, have differnt mounting points probably. But I have seen an M5-looking front bumper on an E46 3 Series coupe. I think it was made by Hamann. But your not going to be able to put an OEM BMW M5 bumper on it, as far as I know. Look around online or in catalogs and maybe you can find somthing similar.
Or else It might look better with an M3 rear bumper. As far as I can tell, the M3 and the 325 (any model year) have the same body panels but different bumpers. So an M3 bumper might be easier to do, as opposed to an M5 bumper. I'm not saying it isnt possible to put an E39 M5 rear bumper on your 325. If you have the resources available to cut it and somehow fit it then go for it. Im just saying it will cause less of a headache and cost less money by getting a bumper fitted specifically for a 3 Series.
