94 voyager blower fan

My heater works but the blower doesn't. The book doesn't specify where I could find the fuse.....anybody know? Anything else I should check?

Fuse no 26 30 amp. In fuse block.
Between two circuit breakers no 25 and 27.
Check fuse first and make sure it has 12 volts both sides with key on.
It feeds the dr/grn wire to blower motor.
Check for 12 volts there.
Ground the black/tan wire to blower motor for a blower motor test.
Then check the blower switch and resister.
Remember the blower switch and resister are on the ground side.
They ground the blower motor instead of putting power to motor.
