Air bubbles, ripping, leaving them for too long in the water & dirt/oil......If you feel confident enough you could use a very sharp knife and cut them into easier to apply sections.....I've done that before and it came out just as good as the boxs

I've never had trouble with air bubbles but i have ripped a few decals before, just five minutes ago,i taught or a good teqnique, use only one finger to move the decal around, you can'r rip a decal with just 1 finger, don't know if it's gonna work but i'll try, thanks for the help

Take you time is the key to getting them right.
Use some setting solution with the decals to help you out. Use a very soft brush to brush out the air bubbles, starting from the middle and working your way to the outside. If you have places that are hard to get the decal to sit down(curves etc) use a hair dryer for a few seconds at a distance to help out. Good luck

One more tip instead of solvents try a hot damp cloth to get the decals to lay down. Just make sure the decal is in position first. This works quicker than solvents. Another tip keep whole decal wet until position is perfect, sometimes just one section drys up and sticks before you want it to, especially on bigger decals.

Thanks guys,I put most of them with no problems at all, exept one problem, the decal somtimes rolled onto my finger and i had to unroll it and i sometimes wrinkled it but i fixed it,i had to keep the decal in the water for about 2 minutes,i usaully put the decal in for 20 seconds with my other kits when i build them,is 2 minutes too long or is this normal???As soon as i buy/borrow a digital camera,I'll post pics,I think I did pretty good for a newbie
