hey, im building a custom subwoofer box for two 10' kenwood speakers. what kind of wood should i be using? i was thinking particle board but now im not sure. thanks.

medium density flakeboard... mdf for short.

its medium density fiber board lol "flakeboard" hahaha. Could also do fiberglass and MDF, im in the process of making a fiberglass box to go in my buddy's mazda 3

i dont know how to do fiberglass yet soooooooo i think ill stay away from that for now. how much is a sheet of MDF? like 20$?

Fiber board flake board who cares? It's still added weight to make an already slow car even slower and make you lose your hearing...
