Exclamation HELP!!! 1988 Honda Accord PROBLEMS!!

I have a 1988 Honda Accord LXI 2.0L Fuel Injected Manual Transmission. The car has almost 192000 miles. Car has been sitting for about 18 months. I want my honda back. I have replaced fuel injectors, fuel filter, oil filter, oil synthetic, air filter, ignition igniter, ignition coil, distributer cap, distributer rotor, ngk spark plugs, ngk spark plug wires, and a used idle air control valve. i have cleaned out the throttle body. but the car still has a suging idle. when i start the car(warm or cold) it idles at just above 2000rpms. slowly goes down and between 10000 and 2000rpms surges. like im reving the car. once the car gets to normal operating tempatures. the cooling fan comes on twice. the car idle fine...about 750 rpms. i am also having a problem when i drive the car losses engine power. i can accelerate from 0 to 55 fine. its not the 0-55 that is the problem it holding what ever speed. i try to maintain a speed and the rpms drop like a rock. i push on the pedal and get no response. what could be causeing this?

It looks like you replaced all parts that may give you troubles. The only one questinable might be used IAC valve. Was it known good?

Another questionable part might be your computer but I have no idea how to test it. Probably get a known good one.

Good luck!!!
