I'd go with silver over white.
Cars look better with some contrast. What I like even better is if you do a big red decal on your car, then matching red wheels would look sweet.(it doesn't have to be red, any color will do, as long as the wheels match) White on white is tough. The colors how to match exactly or else it will look bad. Even if the color is exactly the same but the texture is different, this will stand out.
