1994 Grand Am Coolant Leak

My Grand AM was running hot the other day and so when I pulled over to allow the engine to cool I notice engine coolant leaking underneath the car. Today I crawled under the car and found a small, pinhole sized hole in a metal pipe. I traced the pipe and on one end it was clamped to a hose coming from the radiator and then appeared to be bolted to the engine at the other end. What I need to know is is there anyway to repair this without taking it to the shop and having the whole pipe replaced? Is this any indicator that maybe I have a cracked head and the engine is shot? I have spent about $600 the last month in repairs and am not ready to spend a couple hundred more to take it in to the shop let alone spend $3000 to replace an engine. Thanks
