Strange Blower Motor Problem

I have a 2003 Venture Ext with rear A/C
Neither of my blowers will work on any speed. When I set either the front or rear control to any speed the recirculation indicator will go out and the headlights will turn off(if they are on). When I reset the speed control to the off position the recirculation indicator will flicker and the headlights will cycle on and off. After about 10-15 seconds the recirculation indicator will stay on steady and the headlights will remain on. I have seen a lot of posts about the resistor pack but since this is affecting both my front and rear blowers I don't know if this would be the problem.

I had to take it into the shop to get this resolved.
It turned out to be the ignition switch .. GM part# 26068745
