Towing 2001 cavalier

I want to tow our 2001 cavalier. Can I bolt a towbar to the bumper or do I need to buy an expensive baseplate. If I need a baseplate what is the cheapest way to go?

Re: Towing 2001 cavalier

if u still want ur bumper, i would take the baseplate route. if u wanted to tow it, i would just go rent a u-haul trailer and tow it that way. its the easiest way to go.

You need to check how far it is safe to tow one first.
Auto or std?
