Re:

When the engine is on temp it starts and runs good. If it's cold it wont start. After a couple of times it will start but when i step on the gas the engine almost drowns.

Mmmmmmmmmmm...ZC!!

You probably just need a few wire modifications to make the ZC's different sensors match up to the pins looking for them in the ECU.

Those of you with USDM Si's - would the EDM d16a6 be the same, and this is just an Si/ZC conversion ??

i honestly don't know anything about EDM conversions. however, i do know Bracer is into the EDM scene. he might not know offhand but, my guess is he will know where to find information.

send a pm or e-mail to Bracer through this forum....

Actually I told him to ask in this forum because the D16A9 is pretty much a ZC, I think only the engine stamp is different (not 100% sure though)
and our D16A6 is the same... so yes this would be an Si -> ZC conversion. But then again, maybe there are differences you really never know..

@Civic DOHC
I assume you are familiar with TCC and hyperformancetuning.com?
Give them a call, they can probably point you in the right direction.

I have looked at the numbers and:

d16a6- code in the engine bay is16a6-2702369 Type ED7
ECU code:PM6-X050

d16a9- ECU code:PM7-B021

This ECU(PM7) gives the folowing codes:6,7,9,10,11.

OH yea, what to do with the two wires that where conected to the sensor on the back off the PGM-F1 off my D16a6. The D16a9 doesn't have this sensor.
