Yeah thats really the only way that the bike could have gone backwards was for him to be doing a reverse burnout cause it looks like the guy in the background is facing the other direction. Idk but that would suck.

Yes, for some reason he was doing a burnout in reverse but then it caught and he lost his footing and it took off with him on it. Nailed the other guy and flipped it backwards. If you didn't notice though, that guy took a serious blow to the head when it flipped backwards on him. It probably broke his neck from such an intense blow like that...
