I was also at goodwood 2005 and took similar pictures but have not posted them as they are very similar to those already posted in the past.
If Peloton would like them mailed to him to host that would be no problem.

If you've learned anything by hanging out here it should be that most of us never get tired of seeing photos of any F1.

...especially silver ones that are YTBD (yet to be determined).

Some photos do look similar to one another, but there will always be subtle details that one photo might capture better than another. Send them over when you have the time and I would be happy to host them for everyone's benefit.

#018 is in Germany? Wasnt it in Singapore around Oct/Nov time?

Its beginning to grow on me, chassis #018, I'm beginning to like it more and more - the interior and the exterior colour work well together, and the HDF kit tops it off!.... probably in my top 3 favourite F1's

So what exactly is the story on this car? It was bought as an investment by someone in Singapore and not currently for sale? What's the import tax on cars in Singapore? I think it was around 100% (value of the car) or thereabouts. Can't see how that would be an investment unless they got around that tax.

It's not a good investment in the conventional sense. Rather, because of Singapore's complicated and very high tax rates, this can act as an tax shelter if you show it as a business expense/business investment. That's the only way to justify it in Singapore. Even if you have more money than god, it would make far too much sense to buy it and keep it abroad (along with a house and staff) rather than import it. Unless it's a choice between handing the money over to the government or buying this. I don't know the details, but I am guessing (with a fairly high degree of certainty) that's the situation with the Singapore F1s.

There are shelters for foreign investors as well, so that's another possibility, but it does not sound as if the business entity is a foreign one. Again, I don't really know.
