removing a dashboad on a 2004 express van

How do you remove a dashboard ona 2004 express van to replace the radio? I found 2 nuts on 2 bolts below that I removed, but normally the dash has clips that pull off and this doesn't seem to. Any help would be appreciated.

From the 2004 manual..
Set parking brake
Block wheels
Remove instrument clustertrim bezel nuts (2)
Lower steering column
Move shift lever to first gear position
Pull on the instrument panel cluster (IPC) trim plate bezel in order to disengage the retainers
Pull in the following sequencein order to diengage the retainers
Pull on the bottom
Pull at the left corner
Pull at the right corner
Pull at the top
Disconnect the electrical connectors from the switches and power ports mounted on the IPC trim plate bezel
Remove the trim plate bezel from the vehicle
Inspect the IPC trim plate bezel for broken or missing retainers
Replace retainers as necessary.

I would have scanned the page except my scanner is down.
