Plugged Cadillac Converter....
Has anyone had there Sonoma cad plugged .... I got it cleaned out but it sounds pretty loud ... Would it plug again ?

Cleaned out how, no such thing unless it is gutted, which is illegal, but if gutted it cannot clog again.

a new universal cat is about 50 bucks on ebay and just needs to be welded in place of the old one.
