2001 dodge caravan sport front heater fan on high only

front heater only works on high. I changed the heater/blower control and it still does the same thing. I have jumped wires and made the fan speeds work but with the new control it still just works on high only. Is there a blower module or something or ground problem i am missing!!!!

Did you change the blower motor resistor ? That is what it usually is .

Try the blower resistor behind glove box about 17 dollars at dealer. Also if resistor blows after a short time blower motor could be drawing too much current needs replaced
