CRV99 clock & radio light won't work

I have checked every fuse in the CRV. I am thinking it is a bulb or 2 bulbs since the lights went out separately. How do I get to the bulbs, if any or do I have an electrical issue? I don't want to pay someone to do it if I can help it.
