not to be a smart ass or anything, look in the frequently asked questions (faq) section, there is a thread in there on just this subject.

looks great. that teggy looks really good, I'd like to see more of it.

you should get an account with photo bucket, they've been the best I've used so far. or get a fotki account, alot of people use that, and it seems to work fine for them.

I think your problem is the site you are trying to link to. It seems it doesn't give you a direct link to a picture (alone without headers etc.), instead it gives you a link to a hole html page. AF can't deal with that
Use some of the free options others have mentioned
