Question regarding the ECU on a 2002 Accent

Well in the Canadian winter I have had some trouble starting the Hyundai accent, which is nothing new given the fact that the car is small and past that isn't built for the cold. So there were a couple days when it wouldn't start and I thought nothing of it and I just got a boost and went on my way. When the weather did turn around the problem still remained so I pulled some fuses and used the voltmeter and was able to determine that there was a short in the ECU which is leading to the battery getting drained overnight, everynight. Now short of opening the hood and disconecting the battery every time that I get out of the car I am completely lost as to what to do.

If it is an actual issue in the ECU I can't help but think that I would be best served by just getting rid of the Accent but past that I am lost.
