Tails Lights & Dash Lights Off & On???

Have a 93 Galant that the tail lights and dashboard lights wont stay on. When car is running and turn lights on they seem to work ok but after a while the dashboard lights goes off and the tail lights go off. Headlights and brake lights work fine. When the tail and dash lights go off have been turning on the emergency flashers. Turn signals work fine. Im guessing it must be a short but where do I find where the dashboard lights and tail (running) lights connect??

I have the exact same problem with my 94 Galant. Can someoe pls help?

do they come back on next time you turn on the lights ? I am thinking possibly a dodgy fuse or fuse holder
