when i start my jeep it run rough and shake my car it is a 95 the mi is 176000

We're going to need a little more info before we can begin to help you.

1.What size is your engine?
2.Does it do this every time you start it, or only when it has been sitting? Like overnight or for several hours?
3.When was the last tune-up? (oil, spark plugs, filters, etc...)
4.Any other details that are relevent will be very helpful.

Tune up would be my first thought.

Did the problem start just after the tune up? If so, check all the wires, make sure they're on the spark plugs correctly.

Did you use the correct plugs? I've heard of people having trouble with plugs other than Champion.

no it didn't start after the tune up. Yes I used the correct plugs. it started when the cold weather happened

How are your battery and battery cables? I've heard of rough running being caused by low voltage.
