terrible noise in brakes

i have a 95 monte z34 and im about ready to kick the brakes in, they make a very high pitched squeel when i brake, at first it was only after i had been driving for a while, but now its any time i get in, i just had the rotors done when i bought the car a few months ago, and i also put new pads on at the same time, im guessing this means some kind of grease that needs to be put on somewhere, but where do i look first, your help is much apreciated.

Re: terrible noise in brakes

Sounds like the brake pads are glazed. Did you buy Cheapo A-Z/Advance branded brake pads?

I agree. Cheap pads are bad, mkay? If you want to try the grease(which should be done every time you replace the pads) remove the inner pad and smear some brake grease($0.99 at O'reilly's) on the back side of the pad where it contacts the brake piston. Use the remainder of the grease to lube all the brake slides/pins.
