Question interior pics

Hi all,

When I bought my 90’ Suburban (6.2L Diesel) the guy gave me the rear heater separately. That seems he bypassed the hoses under the hood and put something to fill the end of the hoses at the rear. The thing is I don’t know how is installed the rear heater originally, I thought it is the same position as the spare tire but on the right side but I seen some pictures showing the heater just above the rear right wheel.
Do you guys have some pics of the inside of you suburban to show me where to install the heater? If some of you also have some pics of how the hoses are plugged under the hood it would be helpful because the previous owner left nothing under the hood and I can’t find any schematics about how to plug it.

Thanks a lot.

How hard is it to change from the stock automatc hubs to Warn manual hubs (my front left hub s broken and it's cheaper to buy 2 manual ones than 1 automatic...)

Re: interior pics

1, my 90 subs heater is in the right rear on the floor.
2, The hubs are easy to do,I bet it even comes with the instructions.
If push comes to pull I guess I could take some pics of the heater, not a question you get every day.

Re: interior pics

Is this that big, black block of an electrical heater? 'Cause my '89 has one in the back right of the truck, just behind the wheel well. There's a switch wired into the dash to the left of the glove compartment that was pre-installed when we bought it used in '94. No pics, however.

Re: interior pics

Thank you guys I'll try to figure out what hose goes where, it should be OK.

I Changed the front hubs this morning : almost 45 minutes for the first one (I forgot to remove some parts and I had to understand how it works), 5 minutes for the second one. No need to adjust the bearings, it was just too easy.
