2003 Regal Key FOB Programming

I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I bought a replacement remote on eBay that came with programming instructions. It says to "remove the MALL PGM" fuse. I can't locate it!!! It's not listed/identified in the manual or on the panel.

Re: 2003 Regal Key FOB Programming

Welcome to AF.

The Regal does not have a MALL PGM fuse. Pontiac Grand Prix only.

See link below which explains RKE programming. You will need to take it to a GM dealer if the procedure for 1999 does not work.

Plus the GM part number and FCC data of the key fob must be correct for your year Regal.
