So cool. As always, Lemorris, you never cease to amaze. Love looking at the progression... each time, I learn something and can't wait to try it. Robo

Re: Next shirt design

Great toons. So much to study.

Is the Ghia based a real racer?
If so, can you share some of the details--always thought of
them as the "poor-man's" version of a Porsche.
They're cool lil' cruisers.

Re: Next shirt design

I'll add bling when it's in the layout.

Good enough for now.

Re: Next shirt design

I was saving it till I did all the white (blings and what not) in the actual layout. I can bring the logo over in a separate white channel and tweak it then do all my sparkles and stuff on the same channel (layer). You know...that's all polish. It's odd because on the actual bus the Empi logo is straight, but the stripes are angled.

I duped the file and tweaked it so you can see the rough plan.

It has a little better perspective now but wasn't really "drawn" so it doesn't have the same flow. Since the bus is going to be about 5.5 inches long I may let it slide.

If I lose any sleep I'll draw it by hand and drop it on.

we'll see.

Thanks

Great look to the van.
Your reflections make the blue paint look so deep.

i understand now. it's a place holder only at this point. i forgot the work is still in progress. the tweaking comes much later.

You still have a very valid point and I appreciate your insight.

I'll have to exaggerate it even more to pull it off. I'm coloring the "hoodride" car right now so I won't forget on the bus. Matter of fact I keep a piece of scrap paper and as I'm rendering or whatever if I see something I make note of it. When I'm done with a piece I go back through my list and make sure I've addressed everything.

Here's some of the Hood-dub

Re: Next shirt design

Still got some tweaks but mostly home.

I'll move on to the third car. Then come back to the bus and the hoodride car and add my tweaks then move them into the layout then add the bling

anyway

Awesome!!

Seems like you're getting busy next month. I love the whole poster, it's really funny. Misbehavin Motorsports. Is the town really called "Surprise"?

Great job on the Bully! You are the master of VW CarToons. The rims are perfect.
