ignition wires

I went to the parts store and asked for OEM wires. When installing I
noticed they had CarQuest printed on them. Did I get the right wires?
They were about a hundred bucks. Thanks

It's really hard to beat the original Delco wires

Re: ignition wires

I agree AC delco wires are hard to beat, MSD makes fine wires also, can get them from Jegs or Summit. IMO MSD are the best wires out there.

Re: ignition wires

While on the topic of ignition wires... I just installed new headers on my truck and apparently they get much hotter then stock headers and I ned to upgrade my sparkplug wires to high temperature ones or somethign to that effect, can somebody clear this up for me and tell me what my options are. Im a little tight on money right now so if this is something that is going to cost me can i put it off or should it e taken care of immediatly.

I was also thinking of upgrading my ignition over the summer with a complete MSD kit, would thishave the wires I need in it? And again, could I wait that long to take care of it.

Thanks for your help
